It was with great sadness that we learnt of the death of John Anderson on 27th May 2013. John was a fantastic trustee of Prostate Cancer UK for a number of years. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer in February 2012 and dedicated the next 16 months to living his life to its fullest. Since being diagnosed, John used every opportunity to tell his story to highlight why we need to do more to tackle this dreadful disease and his legacy will inspire us all. We have lost a great supporter, champion and most importantly a dear friend. We know that John would want us all to remember him with a smile and to continue all that we are doing to improve the lives of men with prostate cancer.
